      Hotel Philippion was build in 1970 with Mrs. Vasilios j. Thoidis initiative,  at a privately owned area of 11.5 Km².  on top of the        Seih - Sou hill. As a businessman, with lust and enviable vision, soon achieved to make his private dream come true, bringing Philippion on the top list of the most significant hotel chains.
     During his developmental self- direction, in 1992 creates the "Vassilios I. Thoidis- HOTELIA S.A" and on 1996 accomplishes to administer  the below enterprises:
